7th INTERNATIONAL PIANO FEST

For the seventh time, the International Piano Fest, one of the highlights of our city’s classical music scene, will be held in Subotica.
From 1 to 7 December 2023, six concerts and a master class, which has been running successfully for many years, will be held. The concerts will take place in two venues.
On Friday 1 December, Saturday 2, Sunday 3 and Tuesday 5 December at 20:00 in the Assembly Hall of the City Hall Subotica, and on Monday 4 and Thursday 7 December at 19:00 in the Concert Hall of the Music School. Admission is free.
The master class will take place during the day from 4 to 7 December at the Music School in Subotica, under the guidance of professors Yuval Admony and Tami Kanazawa. This event is also free to attend.
The festival will feature solo recitals, two-piano and four-hand concerts. Performers from six countries will be coming to our city:

  • Tijana Andrejić-Tenji and Aleksandar Đermanović from Serbia, performing works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Franz Schubert,
  • Danijel Gašparović and Nikola Kos from Croatia, performing works by Franz Schubert, Claude Debussy, Francis Poulenc and Boris Papandopulo,
  • Yuval Admony and Tami Kanazawa from Israel and Japan, performing works by Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, Sergei Rachmaninoff and Franz Liszt,
  • Alexander Sinchuk and Vladimir Milošević from Russia and Serbia, performing works by Sergei Rachmaninoff,
  • József Balog from Hungary, performing works by Ferenc Liszt and Béla Bartók.

We are grateful to all our sponsors, without whose help the 7th International Piano Festival would not have been possible.
